Service Fulfillment


Midas Acquisition FZE LLC provides digital marketing and lead generation services for fitness businesses. Upon onboarding, clients receive:


An initial setup and campaign configuration in the first month

Lead generation services targeting a minimum of 25 qualified prospects per campaign cycle

Ongoing ad campaign management, optimization, and sales process support

Communication and reporting through the duration of the campaign


Service delivery starts after the onboarding process is completed, which must be done within 14 days of signing the agreement. Campaigns are typically launched shortly after this period, with delivery timelines depending on ad performance and client responsiveness.


Refund & Cancellation


You can cancel the service at any time with a 30-day written notice.If we do not deliver the agreed 25 qualified leads by the end of the campaign, you may be eligible for a refund of the difference based on the number of leads delivered.

This is called our “Disparity Guarantee.”To qualify for a refund, you must meet all conditions stated in our signed agreement, including:Timely payment of all invoicesUse of provided offers and sales processes

Timely responses, follow-ups, and accurate reportingRefund requests must include access to proof of compliance (payment accounts, meeting recordings, tracking documents, etc.)


If a refund is due, it will be processed

to the original payment method

within 14 business days after the request is verified.


Please note:


A 20% fee applies for administrative work in case of early termination due to non-cooperation. No refunds are issued if contract terms are breached, or if clients act maliciously (e.g., rerouting leads or modifying ads without consent).
